A successful identification: one customer matched to real enrichment data (a fresh lookup or a cache hit). No match, no charge. Repeat orders are free while we have the customer on file; about 30 days after we identify someone, their next order refreshes the data and bills one new record. Public-source detections (Wikipedia, business email domains) are always free. The full definition is on the Plans page inside the app.
Check three things: their score against your alert threshold (Settings), your plan's monthly alert cap (Free is 10 per month), and your plan's sync cadence (Free syncs once daily, Starter hourly, paid plans in real time). Repeat customers alert only on first sight.
Use Shopify's built-in customer data redaction. We process those requests automatically, including our enrichment cache.
